Description Summary: The role of the ITM Specialist is to accurately and efficiently process teller transactions via video through the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). The specialist handles balance inquiries, transfers, deposits, loan payments, account research, and product information while seeking opportunities to expand customer relationships through education and tailored solutions. Duties & Responsibilities Assume responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions using the ITM machines, including receiving deposits, loan payments, disbursing withdrawals, and processing account transfers. Verify transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Present and explain HNB services and products to customers and assist in meeting their financial needs. Answer questions and solve problems for customers by listening, collecting data, securing answers, and reporting results. Perform file maintenance tasks such as address changes, unlocking HNB OLB, and adjusting debit card limits. Takes complete ownership of every interaction, whether it requires a call back or extended research. Complete all compliance, training, and additional training provided to ITM Specialists. Seek ways to streamline work processes and continuously improve the ITM experience. Represent HNB in a positive and professional manner while maintaining confidentiality of customer information. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education. Strong customer service background. Preferred Qualifications Excels in a fast‐paced work environment while maintaining accuracy. Exceptional time‐management skills. Comfortable on camera, maintaining a friendly and professional appearance. Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm when difficult situations arise. Ability to communicate verbally through video. Experience communicating via virtual technology (e.g., Skype, FaceTime, Video Conference). Willingness to take initiative to achieve team goals and model a strong work ethic. Ability to become a subject‐matter expert in digital delivery channels and discuss them with internal and external customers. Use good judgment and discretion when handling confidential account information. Effectively handle fluctuating work demands.
