Responsibilities 
  • Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud-based services.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, utilization, and costs, implementing optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Design, implement, and support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Configure and manage Azure networking components, including virtual networks (VNets), VPNs, network security groups (NSGs), firewalls, and connectivity solutions.
  • Support and maintain hybrid cloud integrations between on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and related collaboration platforms.
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including user lifecycle management, authentication, identity governance, and access controls.
  • Implement and maintain Conditional Access policies and other security controls to protect organizational resources and ensure compliance.
  • Perform Exchange Online administration, including mailbox management, mail flow configuration, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams environments, including policies, collaboration features, voice services, and user support.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative processes, system monitoring, reporting, and operational tasks.
  • Implement and support cloud security best practices, including identity protection, threat mitigation, and security monitoring.
  • Configure and maintain automation and monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and service issues.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • 3+ years of professional working experience 
  • 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365
  • 2+ years of Azure administration experience
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of hybrid Active Directory environments
  • Experience with endpoint/device management using Intune
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-102)
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Documentation and organizational skills

Compensation Range

An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
