SME Software Developer — Data Parsing About the Role: Serve as the senior technical authority for building robust, scalable data parsing tooling, bridging technical gaps between the Scrum Master and Product Owner. Responsibilities: * Architect complex parsing systems; review code; set/gauge task difficulty and support task assignment with the Scrum Master. * Develop tooling for ingest into customer systems adherent to local and enterprise data-processing requirements. * Regularly attend customer engagements (in person or virtual) and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. * Mentor mid- and junior-level staff and work independently. Qualifications: * 15+ years of software development experience; proficiency across multiple languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Rust, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) and version control (Git). * Deep experience with data parsing/ETL and Agile development practices. * Proven ability to communicate technical solutions in non-technical language. * Maintain required clearance; supporting work through SCI channels.
