POSTING:  In accordance with the Agreement between the Mount Holly Township Board of Education and the Mount Holly Township Education Association, the following posting is listed for the 2026/2027 school year:

Middle School Assistant Principal

Grades: 5-8

The Mount Holly Township School District is seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal for F.W. Holbein Middle School. This is more than an administrative position. It is an opportunity to help shape the culture, climate, and future of a school community committed to ensuring every student achieves personal excellence in a safe, nurturing, and celebrated environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • NJ Principal Certification Required or CE. 

  • Minimum 5 Years Teaching Experience (preferably in grades 4-8).  

  • Understanding of the Social and Emotional Needs of Middle School-aged Students

  • Demonstrated leadership in school improvement, program development, curriculum integration, and the application of technology across the curriculum. 

  • Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. 

  • Demonstrates competence in understanding federal and state education policies and regulations. 

  • Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.  

SALARY:  $95,000 - $105,000
