Children's Unit - Bettendorf: Provide compassionate pediatric care while partnering closely with families and a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, collaborative environment.
NSCU - Moline: Our Level II Neonatal Special Care Unit provides specialized care for neonates beginning at 30 weeks gestation, with a highly trained team focused on safe, high-quality care.
Maternal/Child Float - Moline: Three RN opportunities are available to support multiple areas throughout Maternal/Child Services, offering the opportunity to care for a variety of patient populations.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient and family needs, provide education, and coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practice.
  • Monitor patient conditions, apply critical thinking skills, and make independent clinical judgments to support positive patient outcomes.
  • Accurately and promptly document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
  • Delegate and coordinate patient care activities while providing guidance and support to other healthcare team members.
  • Promote patient safety and education by utilizing age-appropriate teaching strategies, preventing errors and infections, and supporting patients and families throughout their care journey.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Diploma from an RN program.
  • BSN degree, perferred.

License(s)/Certification(s):
  • Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.
    • Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
  • Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Must possess and maintain ACLS
