We're looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and people-orientedย Managerย to lead operations, elevate the guest experience, and oversee a high-performing team in a high-energy, futuristic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operationsย of the virtual arcade, ensuring a seamless and safe customer experience.
  • Lead and train a teamย of arcade staff and VR technicians.
  • Monitor and maintain VR hardware and software systems; coordinate with tech support as needed.
  • Manage schedules, inventory, and supplies, including VR equipment and safety gear.
  • Handleย customer inquiries and conflict resolutionย with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Track and analyzeย performance metrics; implement improvements to boost engagement and revenue.
