Our telehealth facility ensures that you will be equipped to deliver high-quality mental health care without the constraints of a physical office. With our Operations team handling administrative tasks, you can focus on your primary mission: delivering exceptional therapy to those in need. You will work with cutting-edge telehealth technology, promoting accessibility and convenience for clients across the country.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and substance use histories, helping to create personalized treatment recommendations.
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment methods tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to care, where each client receives comprehensive support.
• Educating and involving clients' families in the therapeutic process, providing them with the tools and resources needed for effective support.
• Maintaining meticulous, confidential records in adherence to legal and ethical requirements to ensure proper documentation and client care continuity.

Your primary focus will be serving adolescents and young adults who are facing a multitude of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role involves fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to share their experiences openly and facilitates their journey towards recovery. By prioritizing empathy and engagement, you will contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment for personal growth.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in the state of practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology (e.g., Google Suite, Electronic Health Records), ensuring efficient and effective client management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional presentation and demeanor when engaging with clients.
• A commitment to diversity and inclusion, drawing from a range of perspectives and experiences when providing care.

While not required, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• 2-3 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly through telehealth formats.
• A willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development related to evidence-based frameworks and treatment methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism in a virtual setting.
• A supportive approach toward clients, with a skill set focused on developing meaningful therapeutic relationships.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to this, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
