• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to fit individual client circumstances.
• Document all clinical interventions and patient progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve treatment outcomes.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews, sharing insights and learning from collective experiences to elevate the standard of care.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and available interventions, while connecting them to community resources.
• Engage in continual professional development by staying informed on the latest research and integrating findings into your practice.

In this role, you will work with a varied client base, including adults, children, and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise will be essential in making meaningful connections with patients and helping them navigate their unique challenges.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and an ability to customize interventions based on individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking.
• A capacity to collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.

• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology-based therapy methods.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.

• An annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
