• Conduct thorough individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate individualized care tailored to each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are specific to the goals and preferences of your clients.
• Guide clients in exploring their feelings, experiences, and relationships to foster personal growth and self-awareness.
• Monitor and document client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Assist clients in developing healthy coping strategies and mechanisms for dealing with life's challenges.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults grappling with various mental health issues. Our practice aims to provide emotionally supportive counseling for individuals seeking improved coping strategies, greater self-awareness, and overall mental wellness. The diversity of our client base necessitates a professional who is sensitive to varied backgrounds and capable of addressing a wide range of concerns with empathy and expertise.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure to practice in the state of Washington, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Must possess the ability to practice independently without supervision and have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong ability to connect empathetically with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual counseling sessions is highly desirable.

Experience in providing virtual counseling, especially using telehealth technologies, is preferred. Familiarity with solution-focused approaches and a solid understanding of ethical guidelines in mental health counseling will enhance your ability to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
