• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to the individual and familial needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide variety of mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating client feedback and progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to create a comprehensive care plan that addresses all aspects of patient well-being.
• Regularly document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, team meetings, and staying updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at I am Boundless, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your compassionate support will help empower these individuals to navigate their struggles and improve their overall quality of life. You will focus on integrating culturally competent practices to ensure that the services provided are respectful of and tailored to the various backgrounds of our clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid California LCSW license, with the ability to deliver therapeutic services in accordance with state regulations.
• At least two years of direct clinical experience in mental health or a related area, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.
• A strong understanding of ethical practices in social work, with a commitment to uphold confidentiality and client rights.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment, utilizing virtual platforms to engage with clients effectively.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Experience in crisis intervention and managing high-risk situations with sensitivity and professionalism.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our total compensation package includes:
