• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, needs, and mental health status using standardized tools and methodologies.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches tailored to individuals, families, and groups.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community resource coordinators, to deliver integrated care that supports clients’ overall wellness.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to vital community resources, including housing, employment support, and educational programs, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering continuity of care.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance client treatment strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and supervision, aimed at honing clinical skills and knowledge in evolving social work practices.

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our diverse client population includes children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, allowing you to utilize your cultural competence in addressing their unique needs effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a strong background in mental health treatment.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ distinct needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice principles, and an understanding of ethical practices in social work.

• Experience working in community health settings, particularly with childhood and adolescent mental health.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems to enhance service delivery.
• Engagement in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or substance abuse counseling.
