The Role

We are seeking dynamic and tenacious Virtual Assistants / Cold Callers to join our growing team. This role is crucial to our business development efforts, focusing on identifying potential investment opportunities through direct outbound communication. Candidates must be fluent in English and be comfortable with proactive lead generation and outbound calling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners to identify interest in selling.
  • Clearly communicate the company's value proposition and build rapport with potential leads.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule initial property assessments.
  • Manage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of interactions.
  • Achieve specified key performance indicators (KPIs), including daily call volume and lead generation targets.
  • Consistently represent The REI Group with professionalism.


Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales is highly advantageous.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with basic CRM software.


Requirements for the Role

  • Must possess a reliable personal computer or laptop.
  • High-speed internet access.
  • A dedicated and professional workspace, free from noise and distractions.
  • A high-quality USB or wireless headset with a microphone.
