As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychotherapy services, designed to promote mental well-being. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique mental health needs of patients and developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.
• Applying a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting techniques to meet individual patient preferences and challenges.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring that documentation is completed timely and reflects best practices.
• Actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and leverage diverse perspectives for improved patient outcomes.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service quality, share insights, and support ongoing professional development.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their care journey.
• Staying abreast of current research and developments in mental health to continuously enhance your therapeutic practice.

You will work closely with a diverse patient population facing serious, often terminal illnesses. Your empathy and listening skills will be critical as you provide psychosocial support to patients in challenging situations, addressing their mental health needs while fostering a comforting environment for both patients and their families.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Texas state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing therapy, preferably within a healthcare or hospice setting.
• Proven knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing to a culture of support and mutual respect.

• Experience providing services within a hospice or palliative care setting, familiar with the complexities of end-of-life issues.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth protocols.
