Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' emotional and mental health, identifying their unique challenges and objectives through active listening and interviewing techniques.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, addressing a range of psychological issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions to enhance communication and foster stronger partnerships, using proven therapeutic techniques tailored to each couple’s dynamics.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Regularly review treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, adapting therapeutic approaches when needed for optimal results.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatric professionals, to provide comprehensive client care, ensuring holistic treatment approaches are pursued.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
