Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms to effectively address clients' mental health needs.

• Serve as an advocate for your clients, helping them identify and articulate their goals for mental wellness.

The clients you will serve are primarily stable adults with low acuity mental health needs, rigorously screened before being matched with you. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• You must possess a valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• No provisional or limited licenses will be considered; applicants must have a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong decision-making abilities in clinical evaluations, treatment planning, and advocacy for clients' mental health needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and active listening.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual counseling sessions and a comfort with digital workflows.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth service delivery is preferred.
