Part Time Front Desk Receptionist - Afternoons and Weekends
RiverWoods is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. Under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, the Front Desk Receptionist provides exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork while supporting the daily needs of the RiverWoods Community.

Our staff, residents, and trustees work together through open communication to support the continued growth of our organization. Location: Exeter, NH (on-site)Schedule: The typical schedule is expected to be Tuesday and Thursday 2pm-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm, however shift times may vary occasionally and be between the hours of 8am - 7pm.

  • Answer a multi-line telephone system promptly and courteously.

  • Schedule and manage guest room reservations for residents' family members and guests.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or secretarial role.
  • Proficiency with computers, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • New Hampshire Notary Public preferred, but not required.
