Job description

Quality Life Services - Chicora is looking for a Receptionist. This position is an hourly entry-level position but would also be ideal for someone with administrative, receptionist, and/or customer services experience.

Responsibilities

Answering all incoming calls and directing calls as needed

Placing office supply orders and managing supply inventory

Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing company mail

Scheduling company virtual meetings and sending out meeting links

Managing meeting room reservations

Distributing intercompany courier bags

Assisting with other administrative and receptionist tasks as assigned
