The standard working hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a balanced work-life interaction.

• Conduct thorough crisis assessments and deliver immediate interventions for individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
• Provide timely counseling services to clients in distress, ensuring their mental health needs are prioritized and addressed effectively.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders to safeguard client well-being in critical situations.
• Offer follow-up care post-crisis to ensure continuity of support and guide clients toward appropriate long-term treatment options.
