The Resident Services and Virtual Programming Coordinator provides resident services through a combination of on-site programming and virtual engagement. This role supports residents across three physical apartment communities and one virtual community by coordinating programs, sharing resources, and helping residents access services both in person and through the Project Access app.
The Coordinator plans and leads in-person activities, including some Saturday programming, while also supporting virtual programming and communication through the app and other basic online tools. The role does not require advanced technical skills, but candidates should be comfortable using the internet, web browsers, email, and basic social media platforms.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building community, and helping residents connect to programs and resources in both in-person and virtual settings. The Coordinator should be organized, dependable, and able to work independently while creating a welcoming and supportive experience for residents.
What you'll be doing:
  • Deliver resident programs and services across assigned communities in alignment with Project Access program model, contracts, and core initiative areas.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate a mix of in-person and virtual programs, workshops, and community-building activities for youth, families, adults, and seniors.
  • Build relationships with residents through regular outreach and engagement, including in-person interaction, phone communication, and app-based communication.
  • Support resident participation in the Project Access app by encouraging use, sharing resources, promoting events, and helping residents engage with available features and services.
  • Manage each site's virtual presence through the content management system by posting announcements, events, newsletters, and other community updates.
  • Moderate app-based community activity, including community posts and related resident engagement features, to help maintain a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Host and support virtual programming offered through the app and help ensure it complements on-site programming and services.
  • Provide residents with information, referrals, and connections to relevant community resources and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with property management, community partners, and service providers to support programming and resident needs.
  • Coordinate food distributions, resource deliveries, and other supportive service activities as needed.
  • Maintain required program records, participation data, and routine reports in designated systems.
  • Assist with newsletters, calendars, flyers, and other outreach materials used to promote programs and services.
  • Help monitor resident participation, engagement, and program outcomes to support continuous improvement.
  • Support basic data entry and documentation needs related to resident services, program participation, and required forms.
  • Use a personal vehicle to obtain program supplies and attend off-site meetings, trainings, and events in accordance with company policy.

What you'll bring:
Education & Experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required

  • Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in verbal, written, phone-based customer service, and active listening.
