Job description

MUST HAVE LAPTOP, INTERNET AND CELL PHONE

This position is a part of the managerial team.

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am 5:30 pm. Flex schedule available after successful passing of probation (Must be available by phone on the weekends)

1. 100% Remote - must have a working computer, cell phone, internet, be a PA resident

2. Make 120 Outbound Calls on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eastern Time to promote our services to CASE MANAGERS in the HOME CARE INDUSTRY
(average call is 6 minutes). Mondays and Fridays Follow-Up

3.Update Airtable as it relates to interactions with leads

4.Land 8-10 new referrals each week

5.Successfully obtain SC Directory from leads provided by us or leads that you develop
6. Manage incoming emails and intake/inbound calls, follow-ups and call backs
7. Be open to this project scaling into a long-term project, increasing hours and taking on additional tasks
