Shifts may be part-time, full-time, or on an as-needed basis, and employers often allow remote work from home with standard requirements for a quiet environment and reliable internet connection. You will likely work independently, but may also coordinate with support teams or supervisors for technical issues or incident reporting. This flexibility can be beneficial for those seeking work-life balance or supplemental income, but it may also require occasional evening or weekend availability, especially during peak exam periods.

Standout candidates demonstrate professionalism, clear communication, and the ability to remain calm and impartial under pressure. These skills ensure a secure, fair, and efficient exam environment while minimizing disruptions for test-takers.
