Education/ and or Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • One to three years related experience and/or training

  • Completes all mandatory reviews/educational required and assigned.
  • Participates in performance improvement activities.
  • Is actively committed to meeting / exceeding employee expectations/satisfaction in the performance of job functions.
  • Retains all accreditations, licensures, and designations in good standing.
  • Maintains compliance with all laws and applicable regulatory requirements. Acts promptly to comply with required changes.
  • Specialized Knowledge Required- Including any required certificates, licenses, and registration
  • Current unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or compact state
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
