Job Summary:
Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Contractor Healthcare / Medical professional, you will work in a remote setting to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our diverse patient population. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' conditions and goals
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to provide quality physical therapy services
  • Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the course of treatment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients

Requirements:
  • Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
