Job Title: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Occupational Therapist (OT)

Company Overview:
Join Liberty Education Solutions, a national provider of special education and therapy staffing services. We are seeking compassionate SLPs and OTs to support students for the current and upcoming school year.

Position Summary

Provide school-based (virtual and/or onsite) therapy services to students with diverse needs. Enjoy flexible scheduling work as little as 1 hour per week or build a full caseload. Collaborate with educators and families to support students academic, communication, and functional success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance

Qualifications

SLP:

  • Masters in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active PA license (ASHA preferred)

OT:

  • Masters in Occupational Therapy
  • Active PA license/certification

All Candidates:

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Student-centered, compassionate approach
