Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health and substance use issues, strengths, and resource needs.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions, closely monitoring client progress.
  • Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and effective resolution of urgent behavioral health concerns.
  • Offer psychoeducational programming that empowers clients with skills for recovery, including coping strategies for managing anxiety and triggers.
  • Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Lead group therapy and support sessions that foster community and shared experiences among clients in recovery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves individuals experiencing substance use disorders, along with associated mental health conditions. Clients often present with challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications
