Job Duties

  • Provides efficient, professional service by serving as an interpreter between credit union employee and bilingual members.
  • Provides assistance to online, mobile, and phone banking users by resetting passwords or unlocking accounts, addressing bill pay inquiries and resolutions, assisting with cross account access, and verification of deposits.
  • Performs all job functions with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and professionalism.
  • Finds a successful balance between achieving individual productivity, job performance, and service goals while maintaining a positive, team-based experience for members and co-workers.
  • Exhibits the credit union’s seven service standards promoting a culture of welcoming all and putting people first whether they are a member or a coworker.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass credit union fluency testing and maintain working knowledge of English and secondary language.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience as interpreter preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ related experience or an Associate’s Degree.
  • General knowledge of the credit union and its services preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows Software programs.
