• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to address clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and aspirations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual platforms, ensuring effective communication and support tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to establish and monitor therapeutic goals, consistently offering support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities based on client preferences, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and supportive counseling.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions, directly contributing to the overall quality of care provided.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various backgrounds and life experiences. Our clients may present with conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in addressing their mental health concerns and facilitating their personal growth and recovery through tailored therapy.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and teletherapy platforms; comfort with technology is essential for seamless client interaction.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients in a remote setting, exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and an ability to adapt approaches based on client needs and preferences.
• Experience managing a caseload effectively while ensuring high-quality care and timely documentation.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
