• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs while developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices via secure virtual environments, ensuring client confidentiality and safety.
• Work collaboratively with clients to define therapeutic goals, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide support throughout the individual’s healing process.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, adapting your approach to meet individual client preferences.
• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, client interactions, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

Our counselors primarily serve children, adolescents, and adults in school settings, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and trauma. Therapists will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their personal struggles and improve their emotional regulation, coping mechanisms, and overall well-being.

• A valid and current professional license, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients through virtual mediums.
• Skills in empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence, essential for creating a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills that ensure quality service delivery and adherence to client schedules.

• Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents, understanding the unique challenges they face in educational settings.
• Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and technological tools to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.
