This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while providing essential services to those in need. You will work within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to evaluating and addressing the unique needs of our clients, following evidence-based practices. • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs over the phone or via video calls, ensuring accurate information is collected to facilitate appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential case documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while preparing reports that track client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to formulate effective referral systems that bolster client support networks.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and cultural considerations, driving engagement in beneficial activities.
• Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to enhance professional skills and stay abreast of best practices in behavioral health.
• Identify signs of abuse or neglect within client interactions and maintain reporting protocols as required by state guidelines.

You will be serving a diverse client population, many of whom may be grappling with the effects of substance abuse, mental health disorders, domestic violence, and childhood trauma. This role requires not only clinical expertise but also a high degree of sensitivity, cultural competency, and the ability to foster trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution is essential.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings, with demonstrable experience in crisis management and client assessment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and compassion in interactions.
• Proficiency in case management, including planning, organizing, and implementing treatment protocols tailored to individual client needs.
