Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily support adults who are stable and present with low acuity mental health issues. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they align with your areas of expertise and therapeutic specialties. Qualifications
  • Must possess a masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients across diverse backgrounds are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage clients during virtual sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly in treating mood disorders or closely related fields, is preferred.
