• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, continuously monitoring and documenting their progress to ensure effective interventions.
• Offer teletherapy services, adapting to client needs for increased access and flexibility, particularly for those facing geographical or situational barriers.
• Maintain precise documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to stay informed about the latest practices in mental health counseling.

You will primarily work with a diverse adult clientele who seek assistance for a range of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Your role is to not only provide therapy but also to empower clients to cultivate coping skills and resilience, ultimately enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives.

• A current and valid state license as a mental health professional (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a caseload effectively.

Experience in teletherapy is highly valued, particularly in creating engaging virtual therapy sessions that prioritize client connection and care. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), would enhance your ability to support our clients effectively.
