We are seeking a skilled and dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term travel assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to provide consistent nursing care across varying patient populations.

This is a travel-based position and is not restricted to local candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
• Assist with activities of daily living when required
• Support care planning and interdisciplinary communication
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
