• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ needs, goals, and mental health challenges, ensuring prompt and effective support.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances of each client, integrating evidence-based interventions to promote positive outcomes.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, offering therapeutic interventions that encourage personal insight and resilience.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to support clients in exploring coping strategies.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, ensuring that all records are maintained accurately and in compliance with ethical standards.
• Provide guidance and support to clients navigating crises or significant life changes, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential for this position.
• A solid understanding of contemporary mental health issues, particularly as they pertain to community health settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and the ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to suit individual client needs.

• Prior experience working in remote or telehealth settings, familiarizing yourself with relevant technologies and online counseling platforms.
• Experience working with a diverse cultural population and an understanding of the unique challenges they face.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing a diverse caseload.
