Express Employment is looking for a dependable and motivated individual who can effectively coordinate sales and logistics operations while working from home. This position requires 2-3 years of experience.
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay: $20/Hour
Location: Oroville, CA

Job Description:
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Process and track customer orders.
  • Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery or order issues.
  • Maintain accurate sales and shipping records.
  • Attend virtual meetings and communicate through phone, email, and online collaboration tools.
  • Work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining regular communication with the team.
  • Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or order processing preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, order management, inventory, shipping, or logistics software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer systems.
