They help clients set and achieve personal or professional goals, improve their well-being, and overcome challenges by creating personalized action plans. Virtual Life Coaches use various techniques and tools to empower clients to make positive changes, while offering flexibility and accessibility compared to traditional in-person coaching.

How much does a virtual life coach make?

What does a virtual life coach do?

Virtual life coaches work with their clients to assess difficulties they may be having or determine short- and long-term goals. Instead of meeting with people in person, virtual life coaches discuss issues with their clients through live chats, email, and other virtual platforms. As a virtual life coach, you examine your client’s current lifestyle and listen to their concerns about where they are dissatisfied or what changes they would like to make. You offer practical advice on positive changes that can be made, either incremental changes or large decisions, and help them devise ways to meet their goals. For example, for a client who wants to eat healthier and incorporate exercise into their schedule, you can suggest only buying healthy snacks, such as fruits and vegetables, and getting up an hour earlier to go for a run before you head to work.
