About the Role

As a Leasing Agent, you’ll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations by helping fill vacancies, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time non-exempt position, well-suited for someone who is tech-savvy, personable, and highly organized. No prior leasing experience is necessary—we provide full training to set you up for success. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, as it helps ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Prepare units for showings and move-ins.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Utilize digital platforms to manage scheduling, applications, and communications.

Customer Service

  • Greet and assist prospective renters in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and leasing terms.
  • Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Deliver high-quality service throughout the pre-move-in process.

Leasing & Marketing

  • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual property tours.
  • Showcase community features and apartment amenities during tours.
  • Guide applicants through the rental application and leasing process.
  • Prepare and explain lease agreements and documentation.
  • Manage online listings and keep marketing materials up to date.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media and community outreach.

Administrative Duties
