Job description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant to support our commercial real estate sales team with lead generation and outbound prospecting activities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective commercial real estate clients and property owners
  • Prospect and identify qualified sales leads
  • Follow call scripts while maintaining natural, professional conversations
  • Update and manage lead information within CRM systems
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and pipeline activity
  • Research potential prospects and companies as needed
Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience with outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales prospecting
  • Experience working with CRM platforms Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business professionals over the phone
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly outreach targets
  • Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required
