Job Description

Job Duties:
Maintain, organize, and update all required law library materials, including books, statues, case reporters, digests, forms, and electronic resources.
Ensure inmates have timely access to legal research materials in accordance with Access to Courts standards and unit security procedures without providing legal advice.
Manage inventory, track usage, and maintain law library logs related to law library access and research materials.
Maintain accurate documentation such as sign in sheets, research logs, and grievance responses
Coordinate and facilitate virtual court hearings ensuring proper scheduling, equipment readiness, offender movement, and documentation readily available.
Process, schedule, and monitor attorney phone calls, attorney visits, attorney representative phone calls and attorney representative visits while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
Verifying credentials, scheduling, and maintaining documentation.
Process indigent inmate requests for personal and legal correspondence materials.
Maintain documentation for indigent requests and legal address verifications.

You have a bachelor's degree or 4 years of criminal justice experience
