Let's be honest: nobody wakes up excited for regulatory compliance training. That's where you come in.
We're looking for an EHS Trainer who is a total safety nerd at heart but carries the stage presence of a rockstar. • Compliance Tracking: Maintain accurate training records and certification logs to ensure the workforce remains fully compliant and audit ready.
  • Safety Leadership: Serve as a mentor and resource for safety best practices, assisting in the identification and mitigation of workplace hazards.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • A minimum of three years of EHS related experience
  • Six months to one year of Oil & Gas Industry experience
  • Instructor led training experience
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences both in-person and remotely.
  • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and digital engagement tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing training calendars and documentation.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess active instructor-level certifications (or the ability to obtain them immediately) in the following:
  • MSHA Training (Mine Safety and Health Administration): Deep knowledge of Part 48b regulations.
  • H2S Clear for Energy Training (Hydrogen Sulfide): Proficiency in respiratory protection and gas detection protocols.
  • SafeLand (Basic Orientation 7.0) or IADC RigPass with Basin United: Comprehensive understanding of onshore/offshore industry safety standards.
  • Smith System Driver Training: Experience teaching defensive driving techniques and space management.
  • Basic First Aid/CPR/AED: Current instructor certification through a recognized provider (e.g., American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or Health Safety Institute).

WHY WORK WITH US?
  • We like to take care of business and have fun doing it!
  • We offer health, dental, vision, life, and more as a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Don't you want to work with awesome people?
