  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure all learning materials are accurate, current, and strategically aligned with defined learning objectives and business priorities.
  • Build foundational training materials that clearly articulate the value proposition and offerings to external partners.
  • Create tailored, role-based learning experiences designed specifically for external audiences, ensuring alignment with their unique learning needs and objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams, including those focused on communication and strategic alliances, to maintain the accuracy and relevance of external certification content.
  • Apply advanced instructional design principles and adult learning theories to construct clear, engaging, and highly learner-friendly educational experiences.
  • Develop supporting learning tools such as assessments, knowledge checks, comprehensive guides, insightful infographics, and performance support tools to reinforce key concepts and facilitate retention.

Compensation
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.00/hr to $32.00/hr Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
