Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for our online document management solutions. This position will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses optimize their document processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients in various industries who would benefit from online document management solutions.

  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and consultations to educate prospects on the benefits of going paperless.

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.

  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests our services to meet those needs.

  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of services to customers based on their needs.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new services and enhancements that may be of interest.

  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.

  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. 

  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
