Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Redesign Counseling Hub, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality virtual counseling services to a wide array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific needs.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and legal obligations.
• Utilizing clinical judgment to provide thoughtful referrals to other healthcare providers when further support is necessary.
• Proactively engaging in self-care practices, setting healthy professional boundaries, and committing to ongoing personal and professional development.
• Participating in regular team meetings and consultations to share insights, discuss client cases, and collaborate on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes a varying demographic, allowing therapists to work with a multitude of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and family dynamics. The therapist's role is crucial in facilitating an empathetic and supportive environment where clients feel safe to express their concerns and work toward meaningful change.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered for this position:

• A valid mental health license in the state of Oregon as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• An ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the interdisciplinary team, as well as with clients and other healthcare professionals.
• A strong understanding of therapeutic theories, assessment instruments, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compassionately.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience in telehealth is required, candidates with three years or more of experience will be given additional consideration. Experience with electronic health record systems, telehealth platforms, and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will enhance the candidate's ability to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
