Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients in their therapeutic journey, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable therapy goals and interventions.
• Facilitate supportive discussions that enable clients to gain insights into their feelings, behaviors, and relationships.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed to enhance effectiveness.
• Encourage and assist clients in establishing healthy coping mechanisms and emotional resilience strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to stable, low-acuity adults who may be navigating various life challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, mild depression, stress management, or relationship concerns. Your goal will be to create a safe environment for these individuals, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship that prioritizes their well-being and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in your state, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Psychologist (PsyD)
• Able to practice independently without supervision, ensuring all sessions are delivered ethically and responsibly.
• No disciplinary actions on your license history.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and telehealth technology.
• Strong understanding of current developments in the field of psychotherapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Rebuild Self offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 130,000 annually, dependent on your hours worked and client caseload. Our benefits package includes:
