To thrive in a Virtual Health role, you need a strong background in healthcare or allied health fields, supported by relevant certifications or licensure depending on the position (e.g., RN, LCSW, MD). Excellent communication, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills are crucial for engaging patients effectively in a virtual setting. These competencies allow you to deliver quality care remotely while ensuring patient engagement, confidentiality, and compliance.
