What you will do…
  • Translate understanding of behavioral health workflows and care models into technology solutions in partnership with the engineering team
  • Work closely and frequently with customers, focused user groups and participate in key healthcare associations to understand and ensure the "voice of the customer" is reflected in work processes
  • Partner with internal and external domain experts to highlight emerging practice trends in behavioral health care delivery
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Engineering to translate problem statements, product needs, market analysis, competitive analysis, and regulatory environment factors into actionable strategies, high level product requirements, roadmaps, and tactics for the product
  • Conduct product research to further understand the competitive landscape and profile for the segment, opportunities for growth, and best-in-class product requirements that deliver measurable value for customers
  • Measure adoption and utilization of all behavioral health features, products and services to determine business value to customers and company
  • Evangelize for the product by presenting to customers and user groups, represent the product at trade shows, sell product roadmap internally, play a strategic role in the sales process, provide sales training, and generate enthusiasm for the product
What you bring…
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years' experience in behavioral health including management experience in behavioral health operations required
  • Demonstrated ability to convert market opportunity into operational plans with development organization
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health operations and regulations required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulatory bodies affecting behavioral health practices
  • Experience with Agile methodology and Pragmatic Marketing methodology preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and implement priorities, manage multiple tasks, in a dynamic setting
  • Knowledgeable in building and implementing technology solutions and/or applications
  • Excellent communication and meticulous planning skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous and event driven high-performance workplace
  • Advanced critical thinking, problem solving, and emotional intelligence skills
