• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, gathering information through interviews and standardized tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ personal goals, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions through secure teletherapy platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.
• Provide crisis intervention services, employing immediate assessment and de-escalation techniques to address urgent client needs.
• Document client progress accurately and timely, while minimizing administrative tasks to maximize your direct client interaction.
• Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of adult clients, many of whom are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your ability to relate empathetically to individuals from various backgrounds and experiences will be paramount in building trust and facilitating effective therapy outcomes.

• Current and valid licensure in one of the following areas: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor, exhibiting a genuine commitment to client welfare.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle caseloads efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record.
