Control Center Monitoring Agent

This position is located in Peachtree City, Georgia

Specific Duties and Essential Functions:

  • Monitor designated cameras for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
  • Notify management, key holders, and police or fire department in the event of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
  • Complete detailed written reports documenting incidents.
  • Identify suspicious activity at monitored facilities.
  • Assist management in handling situations after-hours.
  • Conduct hourly radio checks.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Must be able to understand Standard Operating Procedures and Post Orders.
  • Must be able to operate the Control Center Monitors once trained.
  • Must be able to verbally communicate effectively and concisely with law enforcement, operators, and management.
  • Must be able to prepare detailed documents in a legible handwriting.
  • Must have the ability to evaluate critical situations quickly and effectively and determine the best solution.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Must have the ability to be on time and punctual to each shift.

  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must submit to an extensive background check.
  • All prior military applicants must provide a DD214 discharge document.
