A Virtual Financial Controller is a finance professional who manages a company’s accounting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning remotely, often on a part-time or contract basis. They oversee budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and provide guidance on financial decisions, similar to an in-house controller but working virtually. This role is especially beneficial for small to medium-sized businesses that need expert financial oversight without hiring a full-time executive.
