  • Maintaining a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, ensuring timely and effective support for each individual or family.
  • Documenting treatment progress through detailed case notes and ongoing assessments in adherence to company policy and best practices.
  • Engaging in collaborative care, coordinating services with case managers, families, educational staff, and medical personnel to provide comprehensive support.
  • Exhibiting creativity and employing diverse therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their personal and relational goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing various mental health issues. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
  • A demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while fostering trust and connection with clients.
  • A comfort level in working with a wide range of populations and an understanding of the barriers many face in accessing mental health services.
Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Experience with mental health documentation, including developing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.
  • A background in providing therapy to a diverse range of clients, particularly involving children, adolescents, couples, and families.
  • Proficiency in working within a collaborative healthcare environment with other mental health professionals and external agencies.
Compensation and Benefits
