GeoSearch is actively working to fill an Electrical BIM Manager role with a reputable firm who collaborates with construction management teams, specializing in BIM, Engineering, and Reality Capture services. They provide tailored solutions in BIM management, engineering, drafting, modeling, reality capture, and project coordination to meet unique project needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical BIM Manager based in Reno, NV. The Electrical BIM Manager will lead the development and coordination of BIM/VDC processes for an electrical subcontractor on a Data Center Project. Responsibilities include establishing and managing BIM workflows, ensuring adherence to project requirements, coordinating with MEP teams, and collaborating with project stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Proven management experience on large scale BIM/VDC projects.
  • Electrical experience
  • Prefabrication a plus!
  • Proficiency in Virtual Design tools and methodologies
  • Experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse teams
  • Must work onsite
  • 50 hours/week
